Much time has passed since my last Austrian Posts

Hi everyone !

I am back again and much changed since I began with the first 2 posts! Received invitations which unfortunately I never had time to read, but this will change now. Nevertheless, I want to continue with this blog, foremost because technology has improved so tremendously ! Hopefully this will continue and I will improve my blog as my time permits.

Well, first of all, I am a taxi business owner now! This makes a real big difference, and maybe some of you might be surprised that I speak english as if it was my first language. Well I have spoken english since my second birthday in London and I don't want to be rude, but much better than Arnold! Many Americans will be appalled now, for any good German should sound like a bad English speaker, but sorry, can't do !

If you ever were in Vienna, Austria and come around to this blog with an interesting story to tell, please let us know ! When I began this post in 2005 in a language most of you probably did not understand, there was virtually not a single blog out about the taxi business. If you search through Google now, there is so much about taxi rides, how terrible they were etc, that it is virtually difficult to sift through all of it in a consistent manner and for other people to read. This blog is mostly for English speakers, but not only. I will be glad to translate other peoples postings from Austrian (a little like German), but please keep it short (this is to you Germans) ! But this will probably rarely be the case. Otherwise maybe a new German to English Translation Service via a blog may be called for ! But this is not what this Blog is about. The first two entries I made 3 years ago was a little sarcastic about Viennese language, but not meant to be hurtful or offensive ! There may still be people who speak like this, but not many and I am out there nearly every day or night! Hope to hear from you and maybe we'll even run into each other
